The doctor and team isn't serious and doesn't value anyone's time. You can understand that someone else's treatment is taking time, but why would anyone give same 6:30 slot to 4 patients. All 4 patients sat for more than an hour, and he would attend on first come first serve basis. Not to mention, only 4 people can sit in their waiting area. The attendants stand outside of clinic. Charge you anything for consultation, xray.<br><br>Disappointed by the way they manage their patients. Went after going through Practo ratings, but looks a sham. Today, they followup with patients for a rating with whom they feel it would be positive.

Dr. Khatri has been my dentist since 2020. I had a case of a minor dental issue in 2009 which was gone bad because of carelessness of previous treatment. Dr. Khatri attended the issue and helped me relieve the prolonged pain of 11 years. His professional way of working and hygiene of the place is a major factor for me to visit him. I recommended him to one of my friends too and so far his experience has also been satisfactory.

They are following complete hygiene and sanitation protocol, which my main concern in current scenario. Completely satisfied on that front.<br>Doctor discusses all problems and gives you genuine advice with possible options. He is extremely caring and helpful.<br>Did not even know, when the procedure was over.<br><br>I would have given him more starts if it was possible. I have a dentophobia . Since childhood I have been visiting dentist and rarely have had any doctor win my confidence.<br>After visiting many doctors I visited DR.PARAG KHATRI and my hunt for a good comforting well soft spoken dentist ended here..<br>I explained my issue and my fear .<br>he was polite and explained every query on the spot.<br>On the day of my implant dr khatri and another doctor who was same natured comforted me and were very presice and patient in their work. A big thumbs up for that.<br><br>There was no pain at all while doing the sugery as well as post also was well taken care of.<br>What I liked most that dr khatri after being busy still took time to call me and ask me how's everything . Which many doctors don't do that .<br><br>It was touching and made me confident to do other dental problems solved only by dr khatri.<br><br>They have done the implant but crowning is remaining which I know will be done PERFECT MATCHED.<br><br>Lastly a big big thank u to dr KHATRI, his co Drs and his staff for maintaining hygenie,Taking care if over feared patients like me. and building my confidence.<br>100%recommended.
